Synopsis:
This month's speaker, Robert Havasy, will discuss real-world experiences encountered at The Center for Connected Health by detailing their text messaging programs, as well as use of wireless data collection devices and early-stage mobile phone use.
About the Speaker:
Robert Havasy is a Business Analyst at the Center for Connected Health, where he is responsible for mobile healthcare (mHealth) strategy and for growth and operations of several of the Center's chronic disease monitoring programs.
Prior to joining the Center in 2008, Mr. Havasy held various management roles over ten years in Marketing, Sales, and Service with Enterasys Networks (part of Siemens' Enterprise Communications Group), most recently as the Manager of Global Service Operations.
Mr. Havasy began his career as an Atomic Spectroscopist with Teledyne-Leeman Labs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Keene State College.
